Swim - North Hanover Y Stingrays Swim Club
Our North Hanover Y Stingrays is a competitive YMCA swim program for children ages 8-18. We offer instruction, training, and competition. Swim Team provides opportunities for personal development in individual stroke technique and skills, improved times, building self-esteem, and good sportsmanship.
No refunds for the program.
Fall Clinic
We are still accepting registrations for our fall (competition level) swim clinic!
This 4-week program will run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 6:00pm-7:30pm, October 7th- October 30th.
Only open to swimmers ages 8-18. Swimmers must be able to swim full lengths of a 25-meter pool with legal starts and turns for (optional) independent competition. All four strokes do not need mastery, but the ability to learn different strokes and turns are prerequisites for the program. Swimmers wanting to join the team must show respectful and ethical training, attitude, and effort towards a positive team impact on themselves, their teammates, and the community.

Winter Season
Join us for our upcoming swim team season! Our season will be between November 4th- February 21st. Practices will be held 6pm-7:30pm at our North Hanover 25M Pool.
All team members ages 6-14 will be eligible to compete in the First Capital Winter Swim League, meet fees are included in your registration.
All team members who do not want to compete or are ages 15-18 are still welcome to swim at a reduced rate!
